EU WORKSHOPS

Food Safety. In cooperation with Campden, UK, CentMa is engaged in the organization and realization of international workshops supported by the EU that communicate the essence of the science based Codex Alimentarius of FAO and WHO in combination with the legal framework of the EU regarding the assurance of food safety to system auditors from various countries. The core of the framework is captured in the HACCP principles and their implementation on enterprises dealing with food. The workshops address system auditors who are, as public employees from food safety agencies, responsible for controls that assure adherence of enterprises to the legal framework and the HACCP principles in their daily food operations.
